One of the last outdoor bootcamp/fitness classes left in downtown los angeles.
I am Paul Shaw, a former 300 plus pound obese guy. (That’s me in the first row - middle) I know what it’s like to struggle with weight. I have figured out what works and also how to keep it off! My Bootcamp has a 5-star rating on Yelp and we have been rocking for over 17 years. We train in beautiful Grand-Hope park at FIDM where we have a dog-poop free training area with security!
I care about you and your health and have come up with a way to help you with getting fit or getting more fitter or fitter-er or just better than wherever you are currently.
Whether you are working out for the very first time or are a former college athlete, each person gets their own customized workout, and all exercises are tailored to your fitness level.
Bootcamp/Fitness Class Info:
For 11 years, I have enjoyed teaching 5-star yelp-rated classes that get you outside in beautiful Grand-Hope Park at FIDM in downtown Los Angeles. One of the last green spaces left in the DTLA area.
Classes are held Mon-Wed-Fri
Pick from 545am or 650am (yes, you can switch back and forth as your schedule changes)
We do 5 week sessions or monthly payment plans.
Everything is modified to your level of fitness! Whether you are a single mother working out for the first time or a former elite college athlete, everyone gets a workout that works for them!
We train using the same methods athletes use to stay in shape, but again tailored to your needs and abilities. Have knee issues? We will customize exercises that do not aggravate that pain. You and I will work together to Modify and Adjust everything!
Personal Trainer level attention in a group setting.
I'm not going to run you to death...you can do that on your own! We will do the things you can't do on your own.
You can come to either class time according to your schedule.
We will use strength training and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to build a great frame.
Then we will add in coordination, balance, and agility to create a dynamic human being...the best you can be!
